  1. 800g pork ribs
  2. 1 bulb of garlic (about 70g)
  3. 1 sachet Bak Kut Teh pre-packaged mix (about 30g)
  4. 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  5. 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  6. 1500ml water


  1. Blanch and wash pork ribs with clean water before setting aside. Separate garlic into cloves. Peel and set aside.
  2. Using Visions 3.5L Stockpot, place pork ribs, garlic, water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and Bak Kut Teh pre-mix. Add water till the ingredients are covered. Turn the knob on the World Kitchen Smart Pot to the “Soup” function. Press the touch screen on the knob to start cooking. The time can be adjusted according to the amount of ingredients used or personal preference. The adjustable range is 1 to 12 hours.
    The default cooking time on this mode is 120 minutes, which is adjustable by pressing the “Timer” button.
  3. The cooking status will display on the screen with a red light on the knob.
  4. Remove the pre-mix sachet when cooking is completed. Serve the piping hot soup in a Corelle bowl.
