We want you to be completely satisfied with your Corelle Brands purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it for you. Please read our policy below for details.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not allow returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect Corelle Brands product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Contact number
- Provide us with a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s), along with a brief description of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s).
- Once we receive your return or exchange and verify that the item(s) are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that returns or exchanges of personalized or custom-made items are not accepted.
