- Ingredients:
- 300g Minced Chicken
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 tbs of Sriracha
- 200g of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 4 tbs of Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs of Rice Vinegar
- 400g Of Glass Noodles
- Spring onions and Sesame Seeds for Garnish
- Steps:
- In a bowl, soaked glass noodles for about 5-10mins in hot water.
- Heat up the 3.8l vision pot on medium to high heat.
- Once it is hot, add about 2 tbs of cooking oil. Add the minced chicken and cook it
for about 3-4 mins till fully cook. Once cooked, take it out and set aside.
In the same pot, add in 1 tbs of cooking oil and add in the onions and garlic. - Sauté the vegetables till the onions become slightly translucent.
- Add in the peanut butter, sriracha and soy sauce.
- Mix the sauce well and add ½ cup of water if mixture is too thick.
- Put the cooked minced meat and mix well.
- Bring the sauce up to a simmer.
- Strain the glass noodles and toss with the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
*add chilli flakes if you would like it to be spicier
